- 3 c. cooled, mashed potatoes
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cream
Directions

1Mix ingredients together; roll out 1 tablespoon at a time, using flour to keep from sticking.

2Roll thin.

3Cook lightly on both sides on a griddle.

4Cool on dish towel, keeping lefsa separated from each other by a piece of wax paper.

5I put in about 1 1/2 cups flour and when I knead in flour I put a small round ball of dough and work in more flour until it rolls thin without sticking to the board.
