- 1 lb yukon gold potato
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
Directions

1Dice potatoes and place in a medium bowl filled with water.

2Place in the fridge for 6 hours or over night.

3Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

4Pour water and safe potatoes.

5Using Aluminum foil, tear 3 pieces of foil that are 8x11''.

6Distribute potatoes and onions into pieces of foil.

7Place 1 tablespoon of butter into each packet, and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper onto each packet.

8Grab the foil at the edges and bring into the center and close by pinching the foil together.

9Bake in oven for 1 hour.

10Check at 40 minutes by using a fork to test for doneness.

11Remove from oven and fork goes through potato easily.
