- 3 c. chopped potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine/butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 6 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
Directions

1Combine potatoes, onion, water, salt and pepper.

2Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

3Do not drain. Make a white sauce with margarine, flour and milk.

4Add undrained vegetables.

5Heat; add cheese and bacon, stirring until cheese is melted.

6Makes 6 servings.
