- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soft butter
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 - 1 cup warm milk
- Filling
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter (for frying)
Directions

1Sift flour, mix with salt, butter and eggs.

2Add warm milk to make a soft dough.

3Roll out dough on floured surface.

4Roll to about 1/8 inch thickness.

5Cut in 2inch squares.

6Put 1 t filling on each.

7Fold in 1/2 to make a triangle.

8Pinch edges.

9Drop into boiling water until they float.

10Drain.

11Fry briefly in the butter.
