  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 100 grams tomato paste
  • 1 small garlic
  • 1 coriander
  • 1 khmeli suneli (spice)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 salt
  • 1 ground black pepper

    Boil the chicken breast in salty water

    Remove the breast from the water and add washed rice into the bouillon.

    By the time rice is being boiled, cut the onion into very small cubes and fry in oil.

    Then add tomato paste and 5 tablespoon of bouillon to the onion, close the cover and let it boil on low fire.

    By that time crumble the poultry.
