- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 slices bread, cubed
- parsley
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 large jar chopped pimento
- salt and pepper
- garlic salt
- paprika
Directions

1Boil potatoes in jackets until tender.

2Cool potatoes well; cut into chunks.
