  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Combine the mashed potatoes, beaten egg yolks, cream and butter.

    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Heap lightly into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish and bake in a 350° oven until puffed and brown.
