  • 5 or 6 potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Slice potatoes and cook in pressure cooker until done.

    Mix soup, sour cream, butter and onion.

    Pour this mixture over potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Gently stir.

    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.
