  • 1 c. shortening
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 yeast cake, dissolved
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

    Mix shortening, sugar, salt and potatoes in milk.
