Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. potatoes (about 6 medium)
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • sugar to taste
  • 1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
  • mayonnaise, approximately 1 c.
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • mustard to taste

Directions

    Cook potatoes until tender.

    Cool and peel. Cut into cubes. Add remaining ingredients except eggs.

    Toss until potatoes are well coated.

    Add eggs just before serving.

    (Best when prepared several hours in advance.)
