- 2 lb. potatoes (about 6 medium)
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- sugar to taste
- 1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
- mayonnaise, approximately 1 c.
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- mustard to taste
Directions

1Cook potatoes until tender.

2Cool and peel. Cut into cubes. Add remaining ingredients except eggs.

3Toss until potatoes are well coated.

4Add eggs just before serving.
