  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. coarse grain Dijon mustard
  • 4 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 large hard-boiled eggs (1 for garnish)
  • 1/3 c. chopped scallions
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
