  • 2 Tbsp. pickled relish
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. cooked, cubed, peeled potatoes (5 to 6 medium)
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green or red pepper
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
