Ingredients

  • 5 to 8 lb. potatoes
  • 6 to 8 stalks celery
  • 8 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 2 bundles green onions
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cut and fried
  • 3/4 qt. Miracle Whip
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • sugar to taste

Directions

    Mix mayonnaise,

    chicken bouillon, vinegar, sugar and water. Pour over onions, celery, eggs, potatoes and 3/4 of the bacon. Sprinkle remaining bacon on top.
