- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
- paprika
- onion powder
- garlic powder to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Scrub potatoes well.

3Cut lengthwise into 6 wedges the size and shape of dill pickle spears and dry with paper towel.

4In large bowl toss potatoes with oil.

5Place skin side down on baking sheet lined with foil.

6Dust potatoes with seasonings.

7Bake 30 minutes or until fork-tender.
