- 1 can tuna in oil drained, flaked
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/2 stalk celery finely chopped
- 2 spring onions finely sliced
- 1/2 small carrot peeled and grated
- 1/2 avocado small ripe, peeled, pitted, roughly mashed
- 7 ounces sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 2 ounces pastrami chopped
Directions

1Spread butter over bread. Combine tuna, cream cheese, celery and 1 spring onion. Season. Top 2 slices of bread with carrot, tuna mixture then 2 more slices of bread. Trim crusts then cut each into 3.

2Combine avocado, sweet corn, cottage cheese and remaining spring onion. Season. Top 2 slices bread with pastrami, avocado mixture and remaining bread. Cut into triangles.
