- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, separated
- 3 c. leftover, mashed potatoes
Directions

1Brown onion in butter.

2Add flour and then milk.

3Add egg yolks and sauce to potatoes; mix well, then fold in beaten egg whites.

4Bake in a greased dish in oven about 25 or 30 minutes at 350°.
