- 3 c. peeled and cubed potatoes
- 2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower and broccoli (chopped)
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil potatoes until tender, drain.

2Add milk and vegetables. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.

3Reduce heat.

4Add cheese, margarine, salt and pepper.

5Heat over low heat until cheese is melted and vegetables are tender.
