Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, pared and diced
- 2 onions, peeled and sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced thin
- 2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp. minced chives, parsley or dill
Directions

1Combine potatoes, onion, celery, water, salt, pepper and bay leaf.

2Cover and simmer until very tender, about 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf, puree smooth in blender.

3Return to same pan; stir in milk and heat gently.

4Season to taste with Worcestershire.

5Pour into soup bowls and garnish with chives, parsley or dill.

6Makes 4 servings.
