- 4 to 6 medium potatoes, cut in large pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can of Cheddar soup
- Small box of Velveeta cheese, cut into squares
- Milk to cover potatoes
Directions

1Boil potatoes and onions with salt cooking until tender. Pour off excess water.

2Add butter, soup and cheese.

3Mix well. Cover all with milk.

4Cook on low until thicken; about 30 to 40 minutes.
