- 1 large onion
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c. potato flakes
Directions

1Peel and dice potatoes.

2Peel and dice onion.

3Cook potatoes and onion in a large pot with enough water to cover potatoes well. Boil until potatoes are tender or until they begin to fall apart. Add bouillon cubes, pepper and oil.

4Stir in potato flakes until well mixed.

5Add chicken soup.

6Continue to stir until well mixed and smooth.

7Serve hot.
