- 1 onion
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. powdered basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 12 to 15 potatoes
- 1 can milk
Directions

1Saute onions and celery in big pan.

2When clear, add garlic salt, basil leaves, parsley flakes and oregano.

3Fill pan with 1 quart cold water.

4Leave 4 inches from top of pan.

5Put raw diced potatoes in.

6Cook at medium heat until soft (about 1/2 hour). Then blend 3 cups of soup and put back in pot.

7Add milk, some potato mix and some grated cheese.
