  • 4 c. cubed potatoes
  • water to cover
  • 3 envelopes chicken bouillon
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 pt. light cream
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • snipped chives
  • salt and pepper

    Cook first three ingredients until tender; do not drain.
