- 5 to 7 Irish potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Peel and dice potatoes.

2Add onion.

3Put in boiler; cover with water.

4Add butter, salt and pepper.

5Cover and cook 30 minutes on medium.

6Add soup; reduce heat to low and continue to cook 15 to 20 minutes.

7You may need to add a small amount of water.

8(You can also add a can of cheese broccoli soup.)
