- 2 ribs chopped celery
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Boil potatoes, celery, onions and salt.

2Fry bacon.

3Pour off 6 tablespoons of drippings.

4Stir flour into drippings.

5Cook a few minutes.

6Add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.

7Add bacon and sauce to potatoes.
