  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup cooked, diced potatoes
  • 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes, optional

    Prepare mashed potatoes ahead. In a large pot, stir in all ingredients except diced potatoes. After mixing all ingredients stir in diced potatoes. Allow to simmer, stirring frequently. You may add more milk if you prefer it not so thick.
