  • 4 c. water
  • 5 to 7 potatoes
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 basil leaf
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 slices bacon, fried (reserve drippings)
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or cheese soup

Directions

    Fry the bacon.

    Crumble and add to soup.

    Use drippings, flour and milk to make a gravy and add to potatoes.

    Add soup to potato mixture.

    Cook for 10 minutes.
