- 1 bag (1.5-lb. Bag) Fingerling Or Baby Yellow Potatoes
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, Sliced
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste

11. Preheat oven to 350°F.

22. Put one potato at a time into the bowl of a spoon.

33. Make several horizontal slits on the potato. The bowl of the spoon will help ensure you do not cut completely through the potatoes.
