- 4 large potatoes
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in shallow pan.

2Wash potatoes, leaving the peel on.

3Cut into wedges.

4Mix dry mixture in mixing bag.

5Add 4 to 5 potato wedges; shake until potatoes are coated.

6Lay potatoes in pan with melted butter.

7Bake at 450° for 30 minutes.

8Turn potatoes every 15 minutes.
