  • 2 lb. hash browns, thawed 30 minutes
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. carton sour cream
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 8 oz. grated sharp cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. corn flakes or potato chips

Directions

    Mix ingredients together (except cornflakes) and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Top with corn flakes or potato chips.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
