- 2 lb. potatoes
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Peel the potatoes or leave skins on (just wash them) or peel them and cut into 4 chunks.

3In a large, plastic bag, place potatoes, cut in chunks, soup mix and oil. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.

4Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan.

5Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

6Makes 8 servings.
