- 1/4 lb. melted butter (1 stick)
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lb. melted butter (1 stick)
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Mix hash browns, 1/4 pound melted butter, chicken soup, sour cream, onion and cheese in a large bowl.

2Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Cover with mixture of 1/4 pound melted butter and corn flakes, spreading on top.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
