  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter (1 stick)
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions

    Mix hash browns, 1/4 pound melted butter, chicken soup, sour cream, onion and cheese in a large bowl.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cover with mixture of 1/4 pound melted butter and corn flakes, spreading on top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
