- 8 medium potatoes, boiled with skins on
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. milk or more if thick
- paprika
Directions

1In a double boiler, melt cheese, margarine, milk and pepper until smooth.

2Combine warm, peeled, cut up potatoes and sauce in a 9 x 13-inch buttered baking dish.

3Top with buttered croutons, parsley and paprika.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
