  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 6 tomatoes (about 2 lb.), peeled, chopped
  • 3 green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths
  • 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

    Boil potatoes until fork-tender; drain.

    Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add tomatoes and onions; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onions are tender.
