- 1/2 quart pig's blood
- 3 tablespoons butter melted and cooled
- 12 ounces beer
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon salt and pepper
- oil for pan
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 F

2Place all the liquid ingredients in a bowl, stir to mix

3Sift the dry ingredients into the liquid while whisking to avoid lumps

4Pour the mixture into a pan and bake for approximately 1 hour

5Take it out of the oven, let it cool.

6Once cooled, cut the pudding into half inch slices

7Heat the frying pan to medium high.

8Place 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan.

9Fry each side of the pudding slice for a minute and serve.
