- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- corn flakes or chips
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes.

2Mix other ingredients, except corn flakes or chips.

3Bake for 1 hour at 375° in an 8 x 13-inch pan.

4When almost done, sprinkle with flakes or chips.

5Return to oven until browned.
