  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed and shredded
  • 4 oz. grated mellow Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of potato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted

    Mix together in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
