  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, sliced and separated
  • parsley flakes

Directions

    Wash and boil potatoes. Peel and slice potatoes and eggs. Melt butter and sour cream in saucepan.

    Put potatoes, onion, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper and bread crumbs in layers in baking dish.

    Repeat, ending with crumbs.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake in oven which has been preheated to 350° for 30 minutes.
