  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. crisp bacon bits
  • 1/4 c. minced green onions
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise.

    Scoop out potato; whip until fluffy with remaining ingredients (reserve 1 cup of cheese for tops).
