- 1 pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk (not diluted)
- 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 c. margarine
Directions

1Thaw potatoes; spread over 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

2Top with cornflakes and margarine.

3In saucepan, saute onion in 2 tablespoons oleo.

4Stir in soups, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.

5Bake for 50 minutes.
