  • 2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/4 melted oleo
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Defrost potatoes.

    Combine in large mixing bowl all ingredients.

    Pour into large greased casserole dish.

    Cover with corn flake mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Can be mixed night before, put in refrigerator and add corn flake mixture before baking.
