  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. crushed bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except last 2.

    Put into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Combine bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
