  • 1 (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes or Chex
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Combine first 7 ingredients.

    Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Combine corn flakes (or Chex) with melted 1/4 cup butter; top casserole.
