- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup milk
Directions

1Put all ingredients except the milk in a blender.

2In a saucepan, over medium heat, heat the milk until very hot but not boiling.

3Add the milk to the blender and blend 20 seconds.

4Pour the mixture into 6 ramekins or demitasse cups and chill for at least 4 hours.

5Serve with whipped cream, if desired, or try using it as the filling in a pie, using a prebaked crust.
