  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions

    Put all ingredients except the milk in a blender.

    In a saucepan, over medium heat, heat the milk until very hot but not boiling.

    Add the milk to the blender and blend 20 seconds.

    Pour the mixture into 6 ramekins or demitasse cups and chill for at least 4 hours.

    Serve with whipped cream, if desired, or try using it as the filling in a pie, using a prebaked crust.
