Ingredients

  • 3 lb. sirloin tips
  • 1/2 c. cooking wine
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cubes beef bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Trim fat from the tips and cut into cubes.

    Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours on low heat.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
