  • 1 (8 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1 stick margarine, melted in 1 c. hot water
  • 1/4 c. green onion with tops, chopped
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. diced chicken or turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Mix stuffing and margarine with water; set aside.

    Combine onion, celery, salt and mayonnaise.
