Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 4 onions Salad, sliced
  • 1 5/16 cups mushrooms sliced, 4oz
  • 7/8 cup cheese pac roule
  • 3 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • chopped parsley Freshly

Directions

    Heat the butter and oil, add the garlic and chicken and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

    Add the onions and mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes.

    Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm.

    Add the roule, creme fraiche and seasoning to the pan and heat through thoroughly.
  5. 5
    Spoon over the chicken and garnish with the parsley. Serve immediately with new or saute potatoes and vegetables.
