- 1 3/4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 4 onions Salad, sliced
- 1 5/16 cups mushrooms sliced, 4oz
- 7/8 cup cheese pac roule
- 3 tablespoons creme fraiche
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- chopped parsley Freshly
Directions

1Heat the butter and oil, add the garlic and chicken and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

2Add the onions and mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes.

3Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm.

4Add the roule, creme fraiche and seasoning to the pan and heat through thoroughly.

5Spoon over the chicken and garnish with the parsley. Serve immediately with new or saute potatoes and vegetables.
