  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    In food processor cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream, milk, and vanilla; blend until creamy. Add flour and salt; blend just until moistened, scraping down sides of the processor bowl.

    Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pans.

    Bake 55-60 minutes.

    Cool 15 minutes and remove from pans.
