- 1 cup butter
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2In food processor cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream, milk, and vanilla; blend until creamy. Add flour and salt; blend just until moistened, scraping down sides of the processor bowl.

3Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pans.

4Bake 55-60 minutes.

5Cool 15 minutes and remove from pans.
