  • 8 ounces butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

    Cream butter until light and fluffy, gradually add sugar, add eggs one at a time, add sour cream, add flour, salt and vanilla.

    Pour in tube pan.

    Bake at 350* for 1 hour 15 minutes.

    Cook half hour then remove from pan.
