- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 sticks butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. walnut extract
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 8 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cream softened butter and sugar until light in a mixer bowl (beat on medium speed of electric mixer until well creamed, about 5 minutes).

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Sift flour and baking powder together twice.

3Add to cream mixture alternately with milk, beating after each addition.

4Add flavoring and continue to beat 5 minutes to make batter light and fluffy.
