  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (4 oz. serving) pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or same flavor as cake)
  • 1 c. water

    Preheat the oven to 350°.

    Blend all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in greased and floured tube pan (10-inch) or fluted for 45 to 55 minutes until center springs back. Cool 25 minutes, then invert onto serving plate.
